We start with documentation, releases, model cards and papers published by their owners. A vendor performance claim remains attributed to the vendor.
Announcement, analysis and experiment
A product announcement is not a test we ran. Measurements need a model version, hardware, dataset and method. Editorial illustrations are labelled.
How our articles are written
Each article is written with AI from the primary sources it cites, and says so. Before publication a second AI model checks it against those sources, and the text is checked for passages copied from them. We correct errors when they are reported: use the corrections desk or write to desk@batchandrelease.com.
Interests and advertising
We apply the same standards to every company we cover. Advertising and paid content are always labelled; an advertising enquiry does not guarantee coverage.
